Poly-Matrix offers a very wide range of rotor/stator pumps. We offer inclined , horizontal and mobile pumps designed for specific applications. These pumps are preferred for spraying applications as the material is delivered in a constant flow and therefore the spray pattern is even . The rotor/stator pump is superior for tundish spraying of refractory materials and other construction materials such as fireproofing etc.

One the right is various shots or our horizontal variable speed rotor/stator pumps. The variable speed feature is very useful for regulating the desired flow and output and a vibrator can be installed on the hopper to assist flow with heavy viscous materials and maintain maximum pumping potential.
