Outfitted with a continuous mixer and bulk silo these units are designed to produce mix at the maximum possible output. A bulk sack is loaded from the top and with a push of a button you can have a perfect mix every time. Customers can take advantage of the ability to use bulk product. The blended product can be pumped through the spraying system. With a complete system the customer can also take advantage of minimal manpower. Once hooked up and loaded one man can operate the system from the nozzle end. The continuous mixer provides "on-demand" delivery. No more guess how much to mix. You only mix what you need with very little clean up.

| This Tundish Spray unit is a complete system with controls and a horizontal pump. This unit is in the down position but has adjustable legs and a bulk silo. These units are widely used in the refractory industry. Once on site simply add electric, air, water and product and you can mix and pump all at once. Wired to your specs and delivered to your plant.

To the right is our Econo system. A perfect fit for the customer who has a limited budget. It still utilizes the continuous mixer for perfect mix qualities only in a smaller version. This unit has an incline rotor/stator pump with it. The legs are again adjustable for height changes. As with the POLYCAST systems many options are available.
