Incorporated in Florida in 1986, Poly-Matrix has concentrated on Specialized Material Handling Systems for the Steel and Construction Industries. Applications have ranged fromTundish Spray Systems in Steel Mills to Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC) Spray Systems for Construction elements. While incorporating proprietary components into those systems, manufactured by Putzmeister and other major manufacturers, and designing the overall layout, the fabrication of the main frames supporting the specialized equipment was sub-contracted out. A major subcontractor was Roush Welding & Fabricating and in 2007, following the relocation of its operations to Blanchester, Ohio, Poly-Matrix and Roush merged their businesses.
In July 2008 the combined operations moved into a new plant on a 3 acre site at 700 Cherry Street in Blanchester, OH and will continue to expand its operations under the original Poly-Matrix corporate identity. In addition to the fabrication and assembly of new Systems, we overhaul Tundish and GFRC equipment to extend the life of the systems and lower operating costs for both established and new customers. We welcome all inquires, especially for the custom fabrication and weldments that the merger with Roush has made possible.

President since the company's inception in 1986, David Harrison continues to provide experience and know how on the equipment Poly-Matrix supplies to the Steel and Construction Industries worldwide.

Rick Roush, Vice President of Manufacturing
Rick Roush has an extensive background in welding and fabrication. After his tenure with the United States navy he began his career in steel with the local iron workers union. He worked on many projects with the iron workers such as nucleur power plants and other sizable projects. In 1990 he founded Roush welding and fabrication which mearged with Poly-Matrix in 2007.
Rick handles all outgoing manufacturing projects with us.

Ricky handles all our sales and marketing. He deals with all sales related issues.

Randy controls all operations of our company. He also controls all out going and incoming quality. Nothing leaves our facility with out his approval.
Randy's' backgrounds includes supervising an international shipping gateway.
